This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used by growth.box LLC, doing business as Marine Logic (“Marine Logic”), on https://marinelogic.app, in the Marine Logic dashboard, and on dealer websites built with Marine Logic. It is part of our Privacy policy.

This website

https://marinelogic.app sets no cookies and loads no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tags. That is why you see no cookie banner. It keeps two small items in your own browser, which never leave it unless you sign up:

The Marine Logic dashboard

The dashboard used by dealers sets only the cookies it needs to work. They cannot be switched off.

The dashboard also remembers a few display choices, such as light or dark mode and a collapsed sidebar, in your browser’s local storage.

Dealer websites

Websites that dealers run on Marine Logic use first-party, cookieless analytics, so they need no cookies to count visits. They remember a few things in the visitor’s browser (local storage), such as light or dark mode, recently viewed boats and saved searches.

If a dealer adds Google Analytics, Google Ads or the Meta Pixel, they load only after the visitor agrees in the site’s consent banner, and then set Google’s or Meta’s cookies (for example _ga, _gcl_au or _fbp). The visitor’s choice is remembered in local storage and can be changed at any time from the site’s footer. The dealer is responsible for any other tools it adds to its site.
